The Dwell House

DwellHouse was built with the vision of offering a place of rest for all who enter. It sleeps 10-12 people. It offers a master suite with a king sized bed, a large soaking tub with a beautiful view of the valley below, shower, and a laundry unit. There are two more bedrooms on this story, each with their own bathrooms and showers. One of these bedrooms offers a king sized bed, while the other offers unique queen sized bunk beds. In the lower level rec room there is a king sized bed, along with a TV screen to watch the big game or settle in for movie night. In the living room is a queen sized sleeper sofa that offers more room to sleep if needed. It has a beautiful fully furnished kitchen and a piece of art live edge walnut slab dining table. Our rooftop offers a view of the farming valley, with dairy cows grazing directly below. Look out the the other side and you will be delighted with a one of a kind view of the apple orchard. Many have called this unique spot the 'Napa Valley of Amish country', reminiscent of the views of wine country in Napa Valley California. There is plenty of comfortable seating available on our rooftop terrace, and a natural gas fire place offers a warming, inviting fire to enjoy as you soak in the warm golden light of the sunset. We have a feeling you won't want to leave this rooftop paradise! Pets are not allowed on our beds and there will be a $20 fee added per bed if there is evidence of pets on the beds.

SMOKING: All our indoor spaces are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be added if there is evidence of smoke inside.

COMMUNICATIONS: Verizon and ATT cellphone coverage inside is not reliable but usually works on the outside of our spaces. There is fast wifi in the Dwell House. If you are staying at the Treehouse Village it is recommended that you download your favorite shows because we have wifi there but it is slower.

MINIMUM STAY: A two-night minimum stay is required for booking on weekends. A three-night minimum stay is required for some holiday weekends.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is anytime after 3 PM, except for the Dwell House and Meraki House, which is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM, except for 10 AM at the Meraki House.

TAX: Includes Ohio bed tax of 6% and 7% sales tax if applicable.

DEPOSITS: Deposit is 25% of your total reservation.

CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES: If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.

The Dwell House and Treehouse Village Lodge if you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.

AUTO-COLLECT

At the time of booking, 25% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

SCHEDULED DEPOSIT

7 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

CHILDREN & PETS

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 2 and under stay free. Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 100 pounds. Pets are allowed in all our spaces except for the Dwell House and Meraki House. They must be kept off of furniture and beds, or you may be subject to additional fees. The pet fee is $30 for all our smaller spaces, and $50 for the Treehouse Lodge.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

LIABILITY WAIVER

You will be required to complete a Liability Waiver prior to your arrival date. To download the waiver please click here.

MERAKI CANCELATION POLICY

For the Meraki House, the deposit is non-refundable, unless you cancel within 2 weeks of booking. The remaining balance will be charged one month before arrival, and is non-refundable past this point.
